These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by A Moment to Love Photography LLC / Cristina Dillon Photography, and any affiliated photography brands, associate photographers, contractors, or service providers operating under those business names.
1. Services
Cristina Dillon Photography / A Moment to Love Photography LLC provides professional photography services, which may include but are not limited to weddings, events, maternity sessions, branding photography, headshots, portraits, and related creative services.
Specific services, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and usage rights will be outlined in your signed photography agreement, invoice, proposal, or written communication from us.
2. Booking & Payment
A session, event, or wedding date is not officially reserved until the required retainer payment has been received and any required agreement has been signed.
All retainers are applied toward the total service fee unless otherwise stated in your photography agreement. Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed in your invoice or agreement.
Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in cancellation, delayed delivery, or suspension of services.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of session or event booked.
Because photography services require reserving time, preparation, planning, and turning away other potential clients, retainers and deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.
For weddings, events, branding sessions, and other custom services, the cancellation and refund terms in your signed agreement will control.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, event details, addresses, timelines, shot lists, and any special requests before the session or event.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for photography locations, venues, private properties, or restricted spaces unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For best results, clients should arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may reduce the amount of shooting time available and may impact the final gallery.
5. Image Delivery
Final images will be delivered through an online gallery, digital download, print store, or other delivery method chosen by the photographer.
Delivery timelines vary by service type and season. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Raw, unedited, or unfinished images are not included unless expressly stated in your agreement.
6. Editing Style
By booking services, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and are familiar with the photographer’s editing style, artistic approach, posing, lighting, and overall creative direction.
Final image selection, editing style, color treatment, cropping, retouching level, and artistic decisions are at the photographer’s discretion.
Additional editing, advanced retouching, object removal, body alterations, background changes, or image manipulation may be available for an additional fee.
7. Copyright & Image Ownership
All photographs, images, graphics, website content, written content, and creative materials are protected by copyright law.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Cristina Dillon Photography / A Moment to Love Photography LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images created.
Clients receive usage rights according to the terms of their agreement. Personal-use clients may typically print, share, and enjoy their images for personal purposes. Commercial, branding, business, or advertising use may require a separate commercial license or written permission.
Clients may not sell, alter, edit, filter, crop, heavily modify, or claim authorship of the images without written permission.
8. Personal Use & Social Media Sharing
Clients are welcome to share their images on social media for personal use, unless otherwise stated in their agreement.
When sharing online, credit is appreciated and may be requested as:

Images may not be submitted to publications, vendors, contests, advertisements, commercial campaigns, or third-party marketing platforms without written approval.
9. Commercial Use
Branding, headshot, business, product, and commercial photography may include specific usage rights based on the package purchased.
Commercial usage may be limited by duration, platform, geography, audience size, or purpose. Any use beyond the agreed scope may require additional licensing fees.
10. Model Release & Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, print samples, educational content, and promotional purposes.
If a client wishes to keep images private, they must request this in writing before the session or event. Additional privacy terms may be included in the photography agreement.
11. Third-Party Photographers, Assistants & Contractors
For weddings, events, or larger projects, Cristina Dillon Photography / A Moment to Love Photography LLC may work with second photographers, associate photographers, assistants, editors, designers, or independent contractors.
All creative team members are expected to represent the brand professionally. Final image selection, editing, delivery, and client communication remain under the direction of Cristina Dillon Photography / A Moment to Love Photography LLC, unless otherwise stated.
12. Website Content
All text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, and content on this website are the property of Cristina Dillon Photography / A Moment to Love Photography LLC or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, download, modify, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Product Orders, Prints & Albums
Prints, albums, wall art, and other physical products may be ordered through the client gallery, online store, or directly through the photographer.
Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales may be final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Color, brightness, and cropping may vary slightly between digital screens and printed products.
14. Client Galleries
Online galleries may be available for a limited time. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased or delivered images before gallery expiration.
Gallery reactivation, archive retrieval, or replacement downloads may be subject to an additional fee.
15. Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, Cristina Dillon Photography / A Moment to Love Photography LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to illness, weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, technical issues, natural disasters, accidents, or actions of third parties.
In the unlikely event of loss, damage, or failure to deliver images, liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service, unless otherwise required by law.
16. No Guarantees
Photography is an artistic service. While we strive to create beautiful, meaningful, and professional images, we do not guarantee specific poses, images, expressions, lighting conditions, weather, backgrounds, or outcomes.
17. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website, inquiry forms, scheduling forms, email, or payment platforms will be used to communicate with you, provide services, process payments, and manage your client experience.
We do not sell your personal information.
18. Links to Third-Party Websites
This website may include links to third-party sites, galleries, payment processors, scheduling platforms, vendor websites, or social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites.
